5B 8 Week Summer Speed Camp

Transform Your Speed

Dedicate your summer to getting faster with elite level coaching, extensive mechanic/technique development, track your data weekly, and compete with other athletes.

  • 16 sessions of 30 minutes dedicated to elite speed development: Acceleration, Max Velocity, and Change of Direction.
  • All data points will be measured and tracked per session with weekly “Top Speeds” announced.
  • Every athlete will get an initial acceleration and max velocity Assessment to allow for more in-depth coaching.
  • Pick your 2 training days each week. Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday
    • Monday & Wednesday classes are at 10:15 am or 1pm
    • Tuesday & Thursday classes are at 11am or 2pm
  • Program starting June 17th through August 5

Included in your program will be an optional session with our registered dieticians to assess nutrition needs of young athletes to maximize performance.
