Kids Club

Taking care of yourself is tough when you’re a parent. At 5 Bridges Health & Fitness, we know how hard it is to find a facility with childcare. That’s why we offer our Kids Club, so we take care of your kiddos while you take care of your fitness. Our kids clubs room is a safe and fun place for kids to play while you take a class, do a personal training session or jump on the treadmill.

While in the Kids Club, kids will engage in age-appropriate activities, as well as supervised play and crafts. You’ll have ultimate peace of mind that your kids are safe and having fun while you workout. Plus, you won’t need to worry about waiting for a babysitter or trying to work out at lightning speed. You can take your time and focus on yourself, knowing we’re handling the kids for up to 2 hours each day while you are in the club.

Keep in mind that enrolling in the Kids Club does not give children the invitation to use any equipment or participate in classes. It’s not a health club membership, but a way for you to use your membership to its fullest without worrying about your kids.

Kids Club Policies

Our Kids Club has rules and regulations you must adhere to at all times, including:

  • Children must be at least six weeks old and no older than 11
  • Guardians must stay on the gym premises while children are in the Kids Club
  • Guardians are required to sign their children in and out (providing a phone number and gym locations in case the attendant needs to find the guardian).
  • There is a 2 hour maximum for each child per day.
  • Please ensure that your child has been fed, changed and/or used the bathroom prior to entering. Kids Club staff do not feed or change diapers.
  • Parents can only enter Kids Club for diaper changes.
  • No outside items may be brought into Kids Club, including personal toys, cell phones, or electronics.
  • Sick children will not be allowed in the Kids Club. Temperatures will be taken at the gate before entry – 100.4 F or higher will not be permitted into the room. If higher, they will be asked to wait 5 minutes outside the rom with the guardian and then the temperature will be checked again.
  • If a child has a fever or stomach bug, they are not allowed to come back until fever free for 24 hours without medication.
  • If a child is thought to be sick, a staff member will come to get the guardian and be asked to return when the child is feeling better.
  • All children should use hand sanitizer/wash hands before entering the gated area.
  • We will ask you to pick your child up if your child is sick, inconsolable or violent towards staff or other children.
  • Kids Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Children are not permitted to sit in the cafe/lobby area unattended.
  • You must arrange or pay the Kids Club membership or day-fee before the child enters
  • You must be accessible and respond promptly if a team member pages or contacts you for assistance with your child
  • Children with signs of illness will not be admitted to the Kids Club
  • Team members cannot give out or administer medication
  • Children must exhibit good behavior — no hitting, biting, spitting or rough play
