Looking to beat the heat this August with friends and family? 5 Bridges Health & Fitness is here to help with our 4 week “Beat the Heat” Small Group Challenge. Starting August 1 and running through August 31, this program is designed to help you get ready for the fall season. Some of the key elements of the program:
- You don’t have to be a member of 5 Bridges Health & Fitness to participate.
- You can train up to three times a week.
- You will be part of a small group setting training together.
- Our coaches are all certified personal trainers.
- Included is a session with one of our registered dieticians.
- The entire package is $90.
- Join our 5 Bridges Strength & Conditioning program following the challenge and receive our Legacy Rate.
