- 2 Health & Fitness Assessments (conducted 8 weeks apart to establish a baseline and track progress)
- 2 Personal Training Sessions (the second including a focus on recovery using our Theragun, PowerPlates, & Hydromassage beds)
- 2 Nutrition Sessions (a 30 minute initial consultation, followed with a 60 minute comprehensive evaluation)
- Thrive Small group training (2 weeks free, up to 6 classes)
