What Is P90X?

Power 90 Extreme, or P90X, is a 90-day workout program that helps build and tone various muscle groups. Each workout typically lasts an hour and incorporates new and familiar moves to help you push your limits. The goal of P90X is to create muscle confusion, in which no specific muscle group has the chance to plateau because you change the routines so often.

What to Expect During Our P90X Classes

P90X is circuit-oriented, so you will move for most of the hour-long session. Depending on the class, you may use yoga, pilates, mixed martial arts or plyometric moves to work your upper and lower body. Have a variety of weights available so you can scale up to challenge yourself or scale down when you get tired. Some of the areas our P90X classes may target include:
